The Ghanian breakthrough artist released a brand new single that was teased earlier this year and reflects a love story. With production by Khendi Beatz, 'Sophia' takes a new avenue as Yaw Tog explores afrobeat sounds compared to his iconic drill sonics.
With the track arriving with a summer-tinged vibe that's ready to be blasted whilst we still have sunshine, 'Sophia' marks Yaw Tog's first release since 'Azul' which was released in March and featuring Bad Boy Timz.
From earning his spot within the upcoming Ghanian music scene, his viral hit 'Sore' was so well favoured that rap legend Stormzy and Kwesi Arthur both provided him with remixes. As he continues to receive accolade upon accolade, Yaw Tog remains undeniably grounded and heading in a positive direction.
