Tom Misch Promises Us ‘Better Days’ Are Ahead On New Single

British artist and producer Tom Misch promises us that ‘Better Days’ are ahead as he shares his third single released over the last few months.

A hopeful and optimistic ballad that engages with a traditional theme in a different form, on ‘Better Days’ the world is quietened by a stripped-back minimalistic guitar production kept company by a bass and Tom’s warm vocals that seep into you.

The track provides a much-needed perspective for when life isn’t going the way you want it to, and everything gets a bit too overwhelming.

“I wrote Better Days with Jimmy Napes back in 2019. It’s great to release something that feels more stripped back and acoustic.”, Tom Misch said.

It pauses the chaos, and like a balm to a wound has the power to heal as it urges you to let go of what you cannot control.

A Talented songwriter, Tom soothingly sings the words “You can’t stop the sun from rising, You can’t stop a bird from flying, You can’t stop yourself from crying Like I say, like I say, like I say, There’ll be better days, better days, better days.”

Being his third release after 'Cinnamon Curls' and 'Insecure', hints that potentially something bigger might be in the work.
