The Jazz Cafe Unveils a Stellar Autumn Lineup: Hip-Hop Icons, Emerging Talent, and Global Sounds

The legendary Jazz Cafe in London is set to bring an eclectic mix of music to its iconic Camden stage as well as at their first ever festival his autumn which will be taking place on the 15th of September at Burgess Park, closing festival season for us. From Rap and R&B to Dub, Brazilian, Soul, and Jazz, we are sure in for an impressive lineup and variety of genres, showcasing both global legends and emerging talent at the festival as well as their venue in Camden.


Headlining the season are some of Hip-Hop’s most influential figures such as the renowned producer, The Alchemist, who will kick off on September 13th at the Jazz Cafe before his performance on the Sunday , bringing his unique blend of beats and complex soundscapes. He will be joined alingside Nils Frahm, Earl Sweatshirt, Roc Marciano, BXKS and many other talents.


On November 1st, British rapper and activist Lowkey will deliver his critically acclaimed style, followed by Nasty C, South Africa’s chart-topping sensation, who will perform on October 19th.


The season also highlights an array of electronic and jazz performances. On September 30th, boundary-pushing drummer Richard Spaven will showcase his distinctive fusion of jazz, electronic, and hip-hop sounds. Later, soulful powerhouse Leela James is set to perform on November 25th, with her emotionally charged performances sure to captivate the crowd. Dub Pistols will bring their iconic reggae fusion for a festive set on December 20th, continuing their 20-year reign in the British reggae scene.


As always, The Jazz Cafe remains committed to spotlighting the next generation of musical talent. On October 17th, Mahalia Presents returns, offering a handpicked selection of rising stars in R&B and soul. On November 16th, Brazilian vocalist and Latin Grammy winner Dora Morelenbaum will share her unique fusion of bossa nova, jazz, and contemporary Brazilian influences. Finally, Budapest's Jazzbois will present their new album Higher Dimension Waiting Room, blending jazz fusion with hip-hop for a modern twist on European groove.


The Jazz Cafe has ventured into 2024 with some successful endeavours and music lovers should prepare for an warming season of music, curated by some of the worlds biggest music lovers.
