Jaz Karis, the South London R&B star, is generating excitement for her debut album 'SAFE FLIGHT', set to release on Friday 20th September.

As you type Jaz Karis into the Spotify search bar, the first thing that catches your eye is the prominent ‘SAFE FLIGHT’ banner across her profile, accompanied by a 25-day countdown. Most of the tracks aren't available yet but as you scroll through the list the 4th track is, 'SUNSET BLVD’, click play, and let her effortless voice fill the room, accompanied by a beat so clean. Closed eyes you can almost visualise the roof down, sun beating on your skin.

This feels like a sweet, playful love letter to Los Angeles.
