Legendary Grime artist Skepta has announced the return of his curated Big Smoke festival, part of this years South Facing Festival that takes part at Crystal Palace Bowl on the 9th and 20th of August 2025. Branching off the success of last years successful debut, Big Smoke hosts an exciting lineup of some of the talented names in rap and grime but also house as Más Tiempo will take over the Sunday.
Headlining the Big Smoke stage will be none other than Skepta himself on the Saturday, showcasing his colourful discography and most likely will be performing songs from his upcoming project. Phase One will include rising star Chy Cartier, grime legend Chip and the exciting BXKS. There will also be a never seen before B2B of Grime MC FM (JME) and The Den (Frisco), two of grimes' pioneers within the UK independent scene.
Sunday will see the day be taken over by Más Tiempo as Skepta takes the stage again to play club classics for the groovers.
Skepta says: "Big Smoke is a festival in London, for London and I can’t wait for fans to see what we’ve got planned for this year’s edition. We continue to think of new ways to do things differently, so I’m excited to release the full line up. See you at the Bowl in August- greaze!”
Saturdays General and Sunday Presale tickets go on sale Friday 7th March via www.bigsmokefest.london with payment plan options available. Fans can expect Sunday General Onsale to follow at the end of March.
