Sasha Keable Shares Punchy, Riveting R&B Track ‘Take Your Time’ featuring 6lack

Sasha Keable, the soul songstress known for her captivating voice, is back with a stunning new track featuring beloved LA-based R&B artist 6lack.

This release marks the third single from Keable, following two previous hits rumoured to be part of her upcoming album, details of which are still under wraps. 'Take Your Time' sets an exciting tone for the music she has in store.

Keable’s vocal abilities shine throughout the track, showcasing her velvety, soothing tones and a rich rasp that evokes the intimate atmosphere of a jazz bar. Her voice weaves effortlessly through the melody, creating a captivating experience that is both powerful and tender, all while being supported by a stellar band that elevates the overall sound.

“This was the first record I wrote for this new batch of songs where I felt like I truly understood my vision and direction,” Keable shares. “It actually came before ‘Auction’ and ‘Hold Up.’ This was the first song where I thought, ‘Yep, this is what I’m doing.’ It’s really special to me, and having someone I admire so much, like 6lack, feature on it and absolutely nail it means the world.”

Her artistry once again shines through with her playful yet purposeful lyricism, something the singer has long been praised for and seems only to be getting better at. More than how gorgeous she sounds, her rich storytelling brings fans (and new audiences) back time and time again.

Following a sold-out European tour that concluded just two weeks ago at London’s Lafayette, Keable has also teased another upcoming track titled 'Act Right,' which is expected to appear on her new album. “This is where it’s at for me: live music. This means everything to me,” said a passionate Keable to the crowd. It’s hard to find an artist that sounds even better live than a recorded, mixed and mastered track, but this British-Colombian musician supersedes that tremendously.  

In just two days, 'Take Your Time' amassed over 200,000 streams and has since significantly increased, signalling a solid start for this promising new chapter in her career – and excitement doesn’t even begin to cut it.
