Naomi Sharon Shares New Music and Announces Next EP Title

Off the back of her stunning debut, Naomi Sharon will be releasing her next EP The Only Love We Know, out Friday 9th May via OVO Sound. Amongst the announcement, Sharon also shared the EP title track ‘The Only Love We Know,’, the second single from last month's ‘Can We Do This Over.'

Continuing her shrouded dark glamour aesthetic and slick visuals, Naomi Sharon's vocals exude with dexterity with the new EP, exclusively produced by Jordan Ullman of Majid Jordan, she maintains her signature theme of finding connections, acceptance, lessons, self-love and positivity.

“This EP is more about finding happiness within yourself and embracing the positive,” Sharon says. “Love still plays a role, but now there is a deeper understanding that true love comes from within. If something does not work out, that is okay too. It is about self-love and independence.”

“As a child, I shaped my idea of adulthood by observing the adults around me - their presence, their way of living. The music my father loved was also a big influence, especially deep house and artists featured on Buddha-Bar compilations. Buddha-Bar curates a unique blend of world music and electronic sounds that create a distinct atmosphere. That aesthetic and vibe have now been translated into this EP. It carries a certain allure, a style that feels both relaxed and sophisticated. That sense of maturity and refinement is also reflected in this EP.”

Signed as OVO Sound’s their first female signee, Naomi Sharon was raised in Rotterdam and garnered attention for her collaborations with renowned producers.
