You’re the lead character in a movie and you are doing a slow motion walk as a building blows up behind you. What song is playing?

If I’m the lead character in a movie, walking away in slow motion from an epic explosion, there’s only one track that fits the vibe perfectly, my own song, ‘Suvi.’ It’s got the energy, the attitude, and the perfect soundtrack feel for that cinematic moment. Just imagine the beat dropping right as the flames burst behind me. It’s the ultimate ‘cool without trying’ moment.

What song for you captures the essence of falling in love?

Falling in love is like stepping into something unknown but beautiful. It’s thrilling, emotional, and full of surprises. That’s why I choose ‘Lost & Found’ with Christian Burns. The song has that euphoric, uplifting energy that mirrors the highs of love, where you feel like you’ve found something (or someone) you didn’t even know you were looking for.

What would be the last song you play if you are performing at a boat party and the sun is setting?

For a sunset boat party, I’d close with my Get Lucky edit—perfect vibes, golden-hour energy, and the kind of groove that keeps everyone in the moment as the sun dips below the horizon.

You’ve just been named as The Top DJ of 2025, what is the first song you are putting on to celebrate?

To celebrate, I'd play 'Fine Day.' Its uplifting melody perfectly captures the joy and excitement of this incredible honor.

Your best friend has been feeling sad for a while and you’ve been tasked to play a song that will get them dancing, what are you playing?

To lift my best friend's spirits and get them dancing, I would play Downfall. Its infectious rhythm and energizing beats create an irresistible groove that makes it impossible to sit still. The moment the track kicks in, the mood shifts, the weight of the day starts to fade and the energy takes over. Seeing them smile, move and let go of whatever was weighing them down is the best feeling, and this song is the perfect catalyst for that transformation.

You’ve been on tour for months on end and you are feeling homesick, what song do you put on that will remind you of home?

When I'm feeling homesick after months on tour, 'Drifting' brings me comfort. Its soothing tones and reflective lyrics remind me of home and the loved ones waiting for me. Feels like home….

You are asked to provide the soundtrack for a show at London Fashion Week, what would be your opening song?

For a London Fashion Week show, I’d open with Fairytale a track that exudes confidence, sophistication, and effortless style. From the very first beat, it sets the stage for something bold and captivating, creating an atmosphere where fashion and music blend seamlessly. The hypnotic rhythm and refined melodies mirror the elegance of the runway, while the driving energy keeps the audience engaged, making every model’s step feel like a statement. It’s the perfect balance of modern edge and timeless allure, making it an unforgettable start to the show.

5. Life’s been a little overwhelming recently and you need a good cry, what song can really help spur on those tears?

When life feels overwhelming and I need a release, What Is Love resonates deeply. Its emotive melody and heartfelt lyrics tap into those raw emotions, making it the perfect song to let everything out. Sometimes a good cry is the best way to reset and this track provides that space, allowing me to embrace the moment, feel every note and come out feeling lighter on the other side.

What song do you put on that will help you unwind after a set?

After an intense set, when the adrenaline is still high and the crowd’s energy is still lingering, I turn to Balance to bring me back down. Its mellow rhythms and soothing melodies create the perfect space to unwind, exhale, and reflect on the night’s performance. Whether it’s in a quiet backstage moment or during a late-night drive home, this track helps reset my mind and body before the next adventure.

You’re in the final of a Global DJ competition with millions of viewers and you have one more song to play to win the crowd, what song are you putting on to grab that title?

In the final moments of a global DJ competition, I'd drop 'The Bass (Pretty Pink Remix).' Its powerful energy and driving beats are designed to captivate the audience and leave a lasting impression.
