Maeta's New Single "DJ Got Me" Releases Ahead of Dance-Infused EP 'Endless Night' with Kaytranada

Maeta, the Indianapolis-born songstress who now calls Los Angeles home, has dropped her latest single "DJ Got Me," a tantalizing taste of her upcoming EP 'Endless Night,' set for release on June 21. This new record is a collaboration with the renowned producer Kaytranada, promising to bring a fresh, dance-infused vibe to Maeta's already diverse musical repertoire.

"DJ Got Me" arrives on the heels of Maeta's recent success with her single “Through The Night,” which climbed to the pinnacle of the Billboard Adult R&B Airplay chart. With this triumph, Maeta has signaled her entry into an experimental phase of her career, blending genres and pushing the boundaries of her sound. This evolution is encapsulated in 'Endless Night,' an EP that aims to captivate listeners worldwide and solidify Maeta's position in the music industry.

The new single "DJ Got Me" is a modern reimagining of the classic Indeep hit “Last Night a DJ Saved My Life,” offering a fresh take with Maeta's distinct vocal flair. The track features production by Kaytranada, whose signature blend of electronic and hip-hop elements provides a vibrant backdrop for Maeta's sultry voice. The song was co-written by Fallon King, known for his work with Tone Stith and DanLeigh, ensuring a lyrical depth that complements its infectious rhythm.
