Here are five brilliant exhibitions to check out this month in London.

1. Zanele Muholi


Where: Tate Modern

When: Open until 26.01.25

About: With over 260 photographs on display, acclaimed photographer Zanele Muholi explores the lives of South Africa’s Black lesbian, gay, trans, queer and intersex communities. Her collection is an expression of visual activism, celebrating the lives of those who choose to live authentically in the face of oppression.

Ticket Information: £17 entry for students, £18 for adults, free for members & £5 reduction off original ticket prices for 18-25 year olds signed up to the Tate Collective.

2.Tracy Emin: ‘I Followed You to the End.’


Where: White Cube Bermondsey

When: Opens on 19.09.24 - 10.10.24

About: Following her 2019 show at the White Cube, renowned British artist Tracy Emin returns this September covering the entirety of the Bermondsey Gallery space with her solo collection of emotive paintings, drawings and sculptures. Her work is characterised by its emotional honesty and vulnerability, exploring provocative themes centering around; sexuality, identity, loss and love.

3. Meditations on Love


Where: The Photographers Gallery

When: Open until 22.09.24

About: Curated by the Develop Collective with the Photographers Gallery, Meditations on Love welcomes you to explore the different ways in which love is remembered, represented and preserved through a series of photographic works and selected books. Through a global lens, the exhibition beautifully articulates loves revolutionary power to withstand adversity.

Ticket Information: £8 entry for adults, £5 concession. However admission is free on Fridays after 5pm.

4. British Art Fair


Where: Saatchi Gallery

When: 26.09.24-29.09.24

About: Taking over the entire Saatchi Gallery, the annual British Art Fair showcases a collection of modern and contemporary art from Britain’s most ambitious and celebrated artists. The fair sets out to connect Britain's leading and emerging dealers, curators and artists, creating a high quality hub of artistic exchange.

Ticket Information: Ticket prices start from £19.

5. Naomi in Fashion


Where: The V&A

When: Open until 06.05.24

About: The exhibition features over 100 different looks from supermodel Naomi Campbell’s influential career. Celebrating iconic archive pieces from renowned fashion designers throughout the decades, the space is transformed into a time capsule for the simultaneous progression of couture and the journey of one of the world's most successful models.

Ticket Information: £16 entry for adults, £10 for 18-26 year olds and free admission for members.
