Finn Foxell Releases Visuals For ‘HER WAY’

Rising hip-hop star Finn Foxell has just released the visuals for his song ‘Her Way’ which is taken off his latest EP of the same name. Hailing from West London, Finn has really paved his own way in the scene, as an artist known for his ability to craft vivid narratives through his poetic lyrics that resonate with life in the UK.

Championed by The Face as One to Watch in 2024, Finn is originally known for his sharp, gritty delivery and deep voice, which was used to add extra weight to his songs. However, recently he has become more experimental with his sounds and flow and is allowing his earlier influences to come to light in his music.

On ‘Her Way’, Finn flows over a warm, instrument-based production with several layers, adding to the texture of the song, giving it an almost summertime feel. The production intertwined with his Jack the Lad accent similar to Jamie T, invites the listener to get caught up in the moment and reminisce over old memories. Lyrically, the song delves into poignant self-reflection with lines like "Yes we all got problems, don't know what's happening inside", which adds an extra sentimental value also captured in the visuals.

This latest offering from Finn really shows that he isn’t scared of branching out and playing with his sounds. Produced by Humble the Great, (Pip Millett and Victor Ray) the song incorporates the style of many UK indie acts before him that Finn grew up listening to and enjoyed in his skater days, but has mixed in his unique Hip-Hop flair that makes the song a staple Finn Foxell track.

The song is a well blended end of summer anthem, basking in nostalgia, that is reflected in the vintage aesthetically styled video. Altogether, this beautifully encapsulates the reveal of Finn expecting to be a father embodying a sense of hope for the future.
