Musical polymath FelixThe1st has releases his debut project 'i hope you never fit in' moulding his love for shoegaze, grunge and bedroom pop in a bubbling brew of innovation and uniqueness.
Developed in LA through multiple studio sessions with musical pioneers Y2K and Stolen Nova before finished off in London, Felix pours out personal themes of the highs and lows of relationships, love affairs and vulnerability. Combining popular sounds like jersey-club inspired beats on 'would u wait' with the melodramatic riffs and tones within 'Swan Song' showcases FelixThe1st's broad range of versatility and experimentation. But also, not wanting to fit in any one particular box.
Much like his adaptability when it comes to creating music, FelixThe1st's 'i hope you never fit in' is an ode to the curious mind or more like for the 'weird' kids at school as he lets them know that it's okay to be different and enjoy alternative things.
