Coming as an embrace towards club culture as we start to enjoy nightlife again, 'Watch Me' was created after Chloe awoke from a reoccurring dream of being back in the club and started to create voice notes to build the base of her latest single. Whilst later on constructing the track iwht producer and bandmate VVilhem, 'Watch Me' touches on themes of romance, narcissism and nostalgia, fit with choreography within the visuals. Chloe pays homage to the likes of Cher with Studio 54 and Soultrain references.
Chloe Bodur takes inspiration from Middle Eastern and South Asian sounds since being born to Sri-Lankan and Turkish parents.
