BRIT Award Nominated D Block Europe Finally Drop The Visuals For 'Make You Smile' Ft AJ Tracey

Only 2 months into 2022 and BRIT Award-nominated collective D-Block Europe shares their picturesque music video for ‘Make You Smile’ feat AJ Tracey proving that they are one of the most consistent and versicle performers in the game right now.

With the song currently occupying the UK Top 40 since its release last year, the visual reunites Young Adz and Dirtbike LB with Paris-based creative William Thomas, who directed D-Block’s previous video for their current Top 10 single ‘Overseas’ with Central Cee.

The ‘Make You Smile’ visual sees Young Adz and Dirtbike LB continuing their French escapades, bringing AJ Tracey along for the ride. Enjoying the luxuries of what Cannes offers, the UK rap trio also serves up a special performance of their track in a palatial villa. It’s melodically upbeat and seems like the anthem of the upcoming summer, which is reinforced by the visuals, celebrating their lavish lifestyle whipping around in golf carts on the grounds of an French estate and surrounding themselves with gorgeous women.

AJ Tracey is also on sublime form on Make You Smile the independent artist building on his trajectory, he’s known for a plethora of chart-dominating hits including, ‘West Ten’ with Mabel, ‘Rain’ feat. Aitch, the double-platinum certified ‘Ladbroke Grove’ and his standout feature on Headie One’s ‘Ain’t It Different’, as well as the UK classic Thiago Silva ft Dave. He released his critically acclaimed, #2 charting album Flu Game last year and has received coveted BRIT and NME Award nominations for his artistry. The West London rapper boisterously announces himself on the track shouting “Traceo!”, he keeps his verse short and sweet as he uses his unique flow to vibe on the track.
