Anderson .Paak is set to become one of the thousands of famous faces to perform at the iconic Ronnie Scott’s when his band The Free Nationals take the stage on May 26th, continuing a tradition of exclusive up-close musical experiences at the legendary Soho venue.

Joining .Paak at the ‘Home of Jazz’ will be the genre-defying trumpeter Maurice “Mobetta” Brown and the fast-rising, soulful R&B duo, GAWD.

The 9x GRAMMY award-winning singer, rapper, producer, songwriter and director has evolved into one of the most recognisable and transformative artists of the 21st century.

Paak's discography identifies his broad range and undeniable love for delving into multiple genres to expand his rhythmic palette but the journey began for Brandon in his local church in Oxnard, California where he expressed his passion on a drum kit.

Venice was soon introduced to the world in 2014, but it was the success of his second album Malibu (2016) and the incredibly powerful single ‘Lockdown’ (2021), released during a time of political unrest, that really put his name on the map and cemented .Paak as one to follow.

But a sexy, sophisticated and defining collaboration with Bruno Mars under the alluring pseudonym ‘Silk Sonic’ sent shockwaves through the musical stratosphere. An Evening with Silk Sonic (2021) captivated millions of hearts and earnt .Paak cult status recognition, picking up 4 GRAMMY’s in the process.

His alter ego ‘DJ Pee.Wee’ showcases his vast talents through his careful and intricate vinyl sets performing at events such as the Met Gala and Coachella.

It’s clear to see that .Paak has it all. His love for music knows no bounds, and the illustrious Soho stage is excitedly welcoming his presence with open arms.

With greats performing on the hallowed jazz turf including Jimi Hendrix, Roy Ayers, Ella Fitzgerald and so many more, Paak’s name is set to be written in Ronnie Scott’s folklore in what will undoubtedly be a signature evening.
